What is included with my tuition? Are there any specials and discounts?

Your tuition price includes comprehensive training as well as training materials for both the lecture portion as well as the clinical observational training. We provide all of the lasers, injectables, chemical peels materials as well as live models on whom you may be allowed to practice. Nurses will also gain CEU credits, depending on hours participated. Please note, however, that your tuition does NOT include meals, airline tickets and accommodations.

Please check back with us for any promotional prices, which we may post on our website. We accept all major credit cards, and also offer financing options.

Do I need to take the Introductory course even if I've had previous training, and can I enroll in courses separately at different times?

We frequently get inquiries from students wishing to take our Advanced level course.  However, we have found that other courses often contain significant gaps and or outdated information.

Students who have taken the Advanced courses without the Introductory course have reported being unprepared for the advanced information that was provided.  For this reason, we now require that you take the Introductory course beforehand to ensure that you have the proper background knowledge for the Advanced material.

This allows you to obtain the maximum benefit from each class.  We appreciate your understanding.

What are the admission requirements?

Course admission is open to estheticians, nurses, spa owners, physicians, medical directors and others interested in the cosmetic industry field. The State where you practice will determine whether you can perform the procedures in which you will be trained. Most states will require an esthetician or RN license in order for you to practice these procedures. Please check with your own State Board in advance.

What is the Refund Policy?

If written notice is received at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the course, we will allow a full refund.

If written notice is provided between 2 - 4 weeks prior to the start of a course a 50% refund of the fee is permitted.

For any cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the course, no refund will be offered.

Notices must be in writing.  We appreciate your understanding.

Do your courses offer Continuing Education Credits, and how do they prepare me for employment in Medical Spas?

Yes. We are currently offering CEU credits for nursing who take our courses. We will soon be offering CME credits for physicians as well.  You will need to watch the entire duration of the course to earn the corresponding CEU credits. Please check back periodically for updates.

Is your academy accredited?

Yes.  Our Training Academy is accredited by California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider#CEP15773.

What options are available for hands-on training?

We are soon introducing a hands-on training kit that accompanies the online courses.  This is optional add-on.  A kit will be sent to students for an additional fee to accompany the relevant video(s).  Stay tuned!
